You know that bad thing you went through?

When you felt like you’d been sucka punched by the life; when it felt like you’d been shattered into a million pieces and you didn’t know if you’d ever be able to put yourself back together again?

Well, even if you think you’re over it, guess what? Those life blows, they’re still hiding in there, secretly sabotaging your happiness:

Like those times when you blow your top and are shouting at your kids because your tired and you’re stressed and they’ve wound you up one too many times today.

Or lads, when you’re in work and you just can’t take it any more so you go lock yourself in the toilet, feeling ashamed that your fighting back tears, that your raging inside but you don’t know why, when you want to hit something just to get the rage out of your head, so you find yourself punching shit out of the toilet wall, tears pooling in your eyes. You feel broken and lost but who can you talk to for help if you don’t even know why you feel like this? Becuase the little stress that tipped you over the edge, wasn’t so bad in the grand scheme of things, but now your raging but you pull yourself together for another day, and sneak out of the cubicle hiding bloody knuckles and a broken heart.

The bad things you went through, yeah, they planted seeds. And no matter what you do, those bad thoughts will keep coming back

Because those dirty little weeds are hiding way down in your subconscious and they’re
